Recipe o the mornin to ya

Now its time to switch to your french accent for the Best Parisian Street Vendor Style Crepes Recipe

2 cups (8 ounces) Flour
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) milk
4 large eggs
1/4 cup (2 ounces, 1/2 stick) butter, melted but not bubbling hot

Not the thin flimsy ones that Americans think are "authentic" but the crispity outsided francois kind.
Like Zees

Not like  Zees
Brandied Berry Crepes
And  Zeese aren't French but I still want to try them, Probably because they look like marzipan
Crepes with coconut filling- a traditional Malaysian Kueh.
